Prayer is a core value of the Global Mission Center. Christ's words call his followers to pray for His mission around the world: "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest" (Luke 10:2). Below are some resources to help you pray for God's work in 性奴调教 and among the nations.

The Freeman-Bigler Missions Lecture honors two significant missionaries in the history of 性奴调教 (NOBTS). In 1917, the Baptist Bible Institute (BBI) was formed by direct action of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) to reach the city and prepare candidates for missionary service in the Americas. Paul Freeman and Pearl Bigler were among the first students from the BBI to serve overseas, in Argentina and Brazil respectively. Freeman and Bigler’s examples represent ongoing goal of NOBTS to prepare servants to fulfill his mission. Through the Freeman-Bigler Missions Lecture, NOBTS aims to further equip students, faculty, and local ministers as they serve from the parishes to all peoples.
Published each fall, the Missionary Mobilization Journal is produced by the Gospel Mobilization and the Global Mission Center. The journal contains practical and theoretical articles related to missions mobilization within the context of the missionary, church, agency, and academy, to equip and educate these stakeholders in the ministry of missionary mobilization. This journal is available free of charge in digital format.
The goal of the Missionary Mobilization Journal is to provide relevant articles for missionaries, pastors, educators, mobilizers, students, and other missions-minded stakeholders. This is a peer-reviewed journal but is more practical than academic. The purpose is to provide reputable content including best practices, trends and issues, and other concepts relevant to missions mobilization.

The Global Mission Center offers short-term missions opportunities through the International Mission Board and North American Mission Board. These trips support the long-term work of missionaries on the field and give students an opportunity to participate in God's work around the globe. Our trip leaders are an essential part of the training and sending process at the Global Mission Center. Below are some resources to help you further prepare students for your mission trip.
While living in 性奴调教, interested students and local church members can join the NOBTS Pipeline Cohort. This program consists of monthly meetings during the academic year which aims to help participants discern their calling, prepare for cross-cultural service, and meet other like-minded coworkers. The cohort is led by IMB personnel on the NOBTS campus. For more information about joining the cohort or any questions related to the IMB application process, reach out to gmathias@nobts.edu.
