性奴调教 recognized as 2024 Best Place for Working Parents庐

Bp4wp BadgeThe University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth recently was recognized as a 2024 Best Place for Working Parents庐, a distinction highlighting 性奴调教鈥檚 commitment to providing comprehensive, family friendly benefits for employees.

This is the fourth year 性奴调教 has received this distinction.

鈥淎t 性奴调教, we believe that a supportive work environment is essential for our employees鈥 well-being and success,鈥 said Jeanie Foster, associate vice president of culture and experience. 鈥淥ur family friendly policies are designed to help our employees balance their personal and professional lives, allowing them to thrive both at home and at work.鈥

The Best Place for Working Parents庐 is a national initiative that recognizes businesses prioritizing family friendly policies. Organizations can earn the designation through an online self-assessment that evaluates companies on the top 10 research-backed policies that support both working parents and business success.

性奴调教鈥檚 benefits include company-paid medical insurance for employees and partial coverage for dependents, paid time off, flexible work arrangements, onsite childcare and additional childcare assistance. 性奴调教 also offers dedicated lactation rooms to support nursing parents.

Additional employee resources include the Priority Care Clinic, which provides same-day health appointments for employees and their families, and the Employee Assistance Program, which offers support for family, legal, financial and personal concerns. The program includes up to six free counseling sessions each year.

Through the SmartDollar financial wellness program, employees and their families can gain access to tools and guidance to achieve financial goals. Since 2020, the program has helped 性奴调教 employees achieve more than $3.5 million in financial turnaround.
